Shipping and delivery
All orders are packaged in sturdy, plastic free packaging and are carefully wrapped to make sure they reach you in pristine condition. In an effort to be as low impact and sustainable as possible some of our packaging is reused from supplier orders, this can mean that externally our packaging isn’t always as handsome as we would wish, however, we think this is a small price to pay to be part of the circular economy of recycling.
UK orders
Orders are shipped within five working days, often quicker, please email orders@mortlakepapers.com if you need your order dispatched sooner and we will endeavour to do so. All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail unless there is a very good reason to use an alternative.
Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided.
Standard postage is free on all UK orders over £20
Standard shipping is £1 on all orders under £20
Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class shipping is £5.50
Overseas deliveries
We are happy to send our products around the world. Shipping costs are applied for you at the checkout, in general standard international shipping costs between £5-15.
Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are beyond our control, and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer.
