How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How much is shipping?
Standard UK postage is free on orders over £20, orders under £20 cost £3.50. If you would like to receive your order via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class this costs £5.50.
We are happy to send our products around the world. Shipping costs are applied for you at the checkout, in general standard international shipping costs between £7.50-15. Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are beyond our control, and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are shipped within five working days, often quicker, please email orders@mortlakepapers.com if you need your order dispatched sooner and we will endeavour to do so. All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail unless there is a very good reason to use an alternative. If you would like to receive your order quicker you can do this by selecting Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class at checkout.
What can I do if something is wrong with my order?
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order please send us an email to orders@mortlakepapers.com and we will sort it out.
Do you accept refunds?
Yes we do. We hope that you love your Mortlake Papers products but we understand that sometimes people change their minds. If there is something damaged or faulty with your order please let us know as soon as possible and we will sort it out. If you’re returning your order for any other reason, you are entitled to a full refund (minus the postage) if the item is returned as new in its original saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Please send all returns back in their original packaging, state the reason for the return, and tell us whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Retain your proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit. Please give us up to two weeks to process your refund or exchange.

How are your products eco-friendly?
Being sustainable is central to Mortlake Papers, we aim to tread as lightly on the planet as possible. We use FSC recycled paper, recycled vegan envelopes, recycled and recyclable cardboard packaging that is plastic free, and many of our products are printed on a press that has a Nordic Swan Ecolabel. We are always on the lookout to improve our eco-friendly practices, if you have any suggestions or improvements you’d like to suggest please do get in touch hello@mortlakepapers.com.
